Information we collect from you

Contact Information

To contact us with requests or relevant questions, you will be asked to provide us with your first and last name, the name of the company you are affiliated with. your job title, email address, and the type of your request. In addition, you may provide us with more specific information regarding your request in the message that would be attached to your contact information.
We will use this information solely to contact you back and assist you with your request.
We will store your contact information for as long as we keep in touch with you. We will keep your contact information for additional two years after your last contact with or after you opted out from receiving our newsletters.

Event Registration Information

To participate in our Mastermind events which we organize regularly, you would be asked to submit a registration form through the Mastermind website. Through the registration form, we will collect your first and last name, age, email address, role/job title, field of work, country of residence, and geolocation.
We will use this information to register you as a participant in our event and to gather the statistics of our audience. We will keep your event registration information for the two years after the registration to invite you to participate in our future events.

Websites usage statistic data

During your use of the Websites, we collect anonymized and aggregated details of your visits (IP logs). The data categories we receive may include your device information (model of the device, operating system version, unique device identifiers) user ID, date, time, and duration of the user session, pages viewed, links clicked and your IP address.
